On 20 October 2016, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) joined with others across the globe in celebrating the first ‘World Values Day’ (WVD). This special day serves to raise awareness of the importance of values for the well-being of individuals, families, schools, organizations and society as a whole.
